Refund policy

We are not able to accept returns/refunds on made to order cables or other made to order goods. All products have a 12 month warranty unless otherwise stated, if you experience any problems please contact at the email below.

For other goods returns can be requested within 14 days of receipt as long as they are in new/unused condition with original packaging. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer for unwanted goods.
