4.4mm Balanced Female Adapter - Van Damme

Had a problem with the sound when using this cable adaptor, not as clear or detailed compared to even a standard 3.5mm stereo cable.
My set up is fiio M3s dap played through fiio r2r dac amp. When using a standard 4.4mm balanced dual cable connected to my Grado SR325X headphones no comparison. ( I rewired my Grado's with a dual 4.4mm jack cable) I also have a Truthear Hexa iem with a 4.4 balanced upgrade cable, the Hexa again out preformed this adaptor cable. I plugged both cables into a 4.4mm out and into this adaptor.
Sorry, the cable looked excellent and was hopping it preform.
I opened the plugs up to find only a 3 cable connection and not a 5 as in balanced set up. Shame as it looked the business.
This is only my take on the cable, it is very expensive as well, the soldering inside the plugs I was not impressed.
Would i buy again!!

Firstly the item arrived earlier than expected, the quality of the cable can be seen straight away. Finally the sound quality is superb.

I highly recommend this shop and product. I couldn’t find this exact adapter type anywhere else. The adapter feels very well made and works as intended. It is a nice touch with all the possibilities for customisation.

I needed a 4.4mm balance to 6.3 adapter for my Iem's to fit my headphone amp.I saw these cables advertised and bought one ,the bonus is the cable also converts to a 3.5 mm connector .I'm very pleased with the cable and it is of the highest quality .I highly recommend 👌
