Far to many cables are like a iPhone, meaning that they constantly want to nag you about one thing or another when all you want to do is listen to music. The iPhone does it by letting you know someone just posted something somewhere and - and your listening to music - it should be sacred and yet Apple and all the other tech companys cannot be bothered to have ‘STFU I am listening to music’ setting
That is the great built in feature about a Skylabs cable. It doesn't catch on you clothing. It doesn't feel clammy against your skin. It doesn't get tangled in knots either and instead it just does what a cable should do - it doesnt get between you and your music.
